Legal-insurance property-tax matters are opened by our team before you enter TRIM. We verify your legal-plan information and the correct property and parcel first, so you do not have to create a second intake or search for the property again.

After signing in, you will review and sign the required agreements, pay the applicable county filing fee plus the $75 administrative fee, and begin providing evidence for your appeal.
