Keep in mind
These are the usual early-payment discounts for a standard annual tax bill. Follow the amounts and deadlines on your county tax bill.
Ask your county tax collector about available payment options. Depending on the program and your eligibility, these may include installment prepayments, partial payments, or homestead tax deferral. Enrollment deadlines and terms apply; installment prepayment plans generally require advance enrollment and may not be available for a bill already issued. Deferral postpones payment—it is not tax forgiveness.

Evidence preparation, hearing representation, a market value review or next year's reminders. Our team reviews every message and follows up by email. Any representation, scope and fee are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Deadlines and special circumstances vary by county. Check your TRIM notice or your county Value Adjustment Board for your specific dates. Sending us an inquiry does not file a petition and does not extend any deadline.
